A good resume can get you to your first interview, but it’s up to you to perform in person. Conducting interview’s regularly, I can tell you what works and what doesn’t. The best way to get prepared is to practice practice practice. I’ll help you understand how interviewers use a behavioral approach to questions and what to expect.  As painful as this might be, practicing with friends, family and colleagues is a valuable tool that will help you eloquently perfect your answers and highlight your skills. Not all interviewers are skilled – I’ll help you prepare for some of the best and worst and give you tips on how to turn around a bad interview on the spot.  I work with many exceptional investments firms where you only have one shot – a bad interview can kick you out of the process with that firm – forever. It’s hard to hear a candidate say “I wish I would have been better prepared”.
